We are an organization formed by professional trainers and experienced consultants, with more than 19 years on training, rehabilitation, modifing behavior and animal management, and we are dedicatted to improve and enrich the lives of animals in controlled environments, and we specialize on the correct use of positive reinforcement.

Based on the experience we´ve achieved working around the world, we know that even when you have the best facilities and the best staff in charge of animals, in the long run, during the daily duties and heavy operating routines, often there is no time to correct certain behaviors or situations until they become an unwanted behavior.

Having a complete husbandry program, a well planned environmental enrichment program and an updtaed  well informed staff, to be effective when dealing with animals is fundamental to ensure the animal´s welfare.

This is why the use of positive reinforcement without interrupting the daily operating routines of the facility is our priority.

We improve the lives of people working with animals, helping them understanding what are they doing, what messages are the animals getting, but most of all, we make a difference in the lives of the animals.
