OBSERVATIONS
We work closely with each trainer, specially when there is a specific behavioral problem.
We identify and understand the cause of the problem and develope together with the keeper or trainer a careful training plan. Clear goal seting and future visits for a follow-up are of great importance.
We often discover that certain patterns of dynamics, communication and interaction among the keepers or trainers are the cause of some animals´behaviors.

Develope and sharpen the ability to identify a potential high risk scenario, will help trainers and keepers to determine and comprehend the source, so they can be able to participate in the solution.
Applying the "problem solving" tools of the workshops will help to avoid frustration on both sides.
In our experience we know that there are times when situations could have been avoided, and they got to a point that they are actual problems, and can compromise the safety of the staff, guests or visitors and even of the animals.
That is why our goal is to detect on time and design a customize plan for each scenario, to anticipate any situation.
Or to modify already existing undesired behaviors, with the consistency of the keepers and trainers.
